Ruben Reuter is an actor, broadcast journalist and presenter from Yorkshire.

Ruben featured in the documentary My Life: Breaking Free (CBBC), before starting his presenting career by reporting for Newsround (CBBC). He has since presented various reports for Channel 4 News and he co-presented the critically-acclaimed documentary, Disability & Abortion: The Hardest Choice (Channel 4), with Ruth Madeley. This documentary has been nominated for multiple awards including Best Science Documentary at the Grierson Trust UK Documentary Awards in 2023.

For his broadcast journalism work, Ruben has been nominated for New Journalist of the Year at the British Journalism Awards, Young Journalist of the Year (National) at the Society of Editors’ Media Freedom Awards and Young Journalist of the Year at the London Press Club Awards.

Ruben’s acting credits include The Dumping Ground (CBBC), The Syndicate (BBC One), The Puppet Asylum (Sky Documentaries) and Mobility (BBC Three).

In addition to acting and presenting, Ruben trains with Ability Dance at Northern Ballet in Leeds.
